Falcon Enamel from London, which has been around since the 1920s, almost has a cult following now because of its retro charm and practicality. You can even take it camping.

This very generous 31cm Bake Pan is ideal for roasting meats and deep enough for lasagne. The Bake Pan has a duck egg blue colour finish, with a fashionable grey rim. Get ready to bake with Falcon.

• Can be used on electric and gas hobs but prime use is in oven
• Completely oven safe up to 250⁰C

Care and Use:

• After use soak dish in warm or hot water, then wash gently with a liquid detergent
• Do not use abrasive cleansing pads or gritty soap powder
• Do NOT place empty enamelware or allow to boil dry on a hot plate of gas hob
• No suitable for microwave oven
• Enamel on steel is hard and strong but like all good ceramic materials it will chip if handled roughly
• A light coat of cooking oil applied prior to use makes washing easier
