Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), it diffuses the heat to cook right to the centre, even with the most dense mixtures. The highly resistant glaze is perfect for everyday use, and does not scratch when cutting directly inside the dish with a knife. The Rectangular Tart Dish can be used in traditional and microwave oven, and is dishwasher-safe.
